I attended the ‘Girls ‘N’ Guns’ Intro. class on Sunday, 22 August. It was
well organized, structured, serious/funny and all instructors very patient.
I had a bit of trepidation at first as I have not shot a gun in over 20
years. I came out of this course with some excellent knowledge on stance,
concentration, focus and carry through with a firearm in hand and pulling
the trigger. I’m from a military background and have no reservations in
having to pull the trigger if the situation warrants it. It was a wonderful
time with instructors and the ladies in attendance as well. I plan on going
forward with the basic handgun class and further to acquire my conceal to
carry permit, shotgun course, Utah permit, et al. Excellent intro! Thank
you, WeaponCraft, for sponsoring this ‘free’ class, the t-shirts are well made
with an innovative design,
and I wear mine proudly. Looking forward to my next class and becoming more
comfortable with my weapon and acquiring further knowledge and tactics. As
an aside, I am a business woman and also own and train my dogs for personal
protection and have a certified Search @ Rescue Dog. I have owned/trained
dogs just about my entire life and own dogs who are fun but definitely
no nonsense should the situation arise. Tough dogs can also be sweet dogs,
it’s all in the balance of temperament. Thanks, again. Diane
